Works great, sometimes you have to click it in just so it catches and begins charging but as long as you wait to ensure it’s plugged in you’ll wake up to a charged car.

Inconsistent power ready, no SAV

A star for the design and because I wanted to like the product, really! Otherwise, I'm extremely disappointed.
It's an expensive charger, and I was expecting a top-of-the-line product with a decent mobile app and responsive after-sales service.
I bought this charger for the data it could transmit via wifi, but it's variable, inconsistent and therefore unusable.
Despite several weeks of follow-up, no news...

I just had the Wallbox Pulsar Plus and power meter installed. I have a 100 amp main panel and this has saved me from having to get a very expensive panel upgrade…. The charger is super fast but it slows down whenever I run my AC so I never trip my breaker. I haven’t had any major issues with WiFi connectivity, everything worked like a charm the first try.

This charger is an easy to use charger with good app features. It is not easy to install by yourself and definitely an electrician is needed. It could not reach to its maximum power so I think the lower model which is plugged in and cheaper could be a better choice. However a wired ev charger is a safer choice. I spent twice the cost of the charger for installation and permit. The app usually take less than a minute to connect to charger though Wi-Fi and the app has the basic features that you need. The ev charger mount is not the best part and you need to be careful with it.
