This set of knives has just what you need to get started with prep work. The serrated utility has you covered for foods with tough exteriors and soft interiors (tomatoes, buns, etc.) while the prep knife acts as a smaller chef's knife and can tackle any type of cut. Each knife has comfortable, ergonomic handles and forged steel blades for ultimate balance and long-lasting durability.

Nice utility set

Nice set for those smaller blades you may need in the kitchen. With the serrated utility, it’s great for slicing fruits like citrus, tomatoes. The 6” Utility is good for slicing meats, fish, a smaller version of a carving knife essentially. Nice handle on these knives, compliments the high carbon forged stainless steel blade well.

This set includes the top three knives every kitchen needs - a 8" chef knife, a serrated knife and a paring knife. The blades are made from high quality German steel and forged the bolster construction translating to some durable knives. Ergonomic handles are comfortable and easy to grip.

Nice set that includes a fine edge 6" utility knife and a 5" serrated utility knife for all of those small chopping and cutting projects. These knives have full bolsters, full tang with triple rivet ergonmic handles. Are well balanced and sharp. Made from quality Stainless steel for ease of care.

Useful Utility Knives

This set containing a 6" utility and 5" serrated utility knife are quite useful. They are ideally suited for small to medium cutting tasks. The serrated blade is great for slicing tomotoes, citrus fruit, sausage and cheese. Contoured handles with German stainless steel forged bolsters for a secure grip.

Good combintion of knives which includes an additional ulility knife. Great size and shape for slicing breads, bagels, baguettes and fruits and vegetables which have a tougher exterior and softer interior. Perfect for heirloom tomatoes and eggplant. I also like to use my ulility knife for cake decorating. Trimming and slicing layers.

I like the full bolster which is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap detail.
These are well balanced knives. Contoured three riveted handle is comfortable to hold.

This is a nice starter set for forged knives. Forging improves a knife's weight as well as giving it better edge retention (will stay sharp longer). It has great weight and balance, and I love the curved three rivet handle; very comfortable.
With these three knives, you can chop vegetables, peel and pare, and the serrated utility is designed to cut through anything hard on the outside and soft on the inside, such as a tomato, orange or a roll.
