Love it, works for my switch 2

I bought this product because I didn't want to keep moving my Switch 2 dock back and forth anymore.
Because of security concerns, I didn't want to buy some unknown off-brand product as a replacement, so I was really happy to find out this brand makes something like this. Before, I only knew them for their capture cards.
Since I don't stream, I went with the Core GO (I originally thought I'd need the Elite GO). AVerMedia also has another dock-style product called the X'TRA GO GC515 (I saw it on YouTube), but unfortunately I couldn't find it at Best Buy.
This product meets safety standards in multiple countries and has overheating and overload protection. The box also includes interchangeable plugs for different voltages, and the video output goes up to 4K 60fps (awesome!).
Firmware updates are easy too, and the package comes with very detailed instructions.
Even when I'm not gaming, I think I'll use it when I travel, like for charging at the airport. Bringing my own charger means I worry less about my phone's data being stolen, and since it's 100W, I can quickly charge up to the battery level I need.
The product photos on this page are pretty basic. With better images, I think this could easily be a best-seller.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really enjoying that. I can use peripherals and an external monitor with one cable out from my phone. That also keeps the phone charged with 100 watts apparently I can use it for data transfer but I haven't figured that part out.

It requires a special firmware update to work and can only get it through a special type of USB-c. My computer is only a year old and the type c on it still wasn't "up to date" enough. I'm sure it works fine if you can clear that
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
