Life-changing insights in a tiny ring

The caffeine tracking helped me cut back at the right times, which led to deeper, more restful sleep. Real-time stress and pulse monitoring have made me more aware of my mental health and helped me build better habits. I feel more balanced, focused, and in control. Exactly what I needed.

Very attractive insights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the ring, it comes with several reports and great insights on cardiovascular status and brain health. The fertility/ovulation tracker is interesting and why I got this product, but I wish it could be developed further and become a central part of the app instead of just a plugin.
There's another plugin on caffeine consumption window, which is interesting but not necessarily accurate. For instance, I know I am a fast metabolizer, can drink coffee or energy drinks just before bed, but the ring is not capturing that. Otherwise I am looking forward to the updates!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the ring, it pushed me to walk and sleep, and it radically improved my life. All the stats have nice widgets, finally I can track my coffee intake (previously it was so chaotic). I feel a loooooot better. Waiting for the weight loss feature.
My wife gotta Oura, so we can compare. And I'm super happy I picked Ultrahuman. Everything goes really good so far. I had a minor scratch though, probably from a cat. But other than that, I'd definitely buy another one, when this one is dead.

Since getting the ring, I've made it a habit to check my sleep index every morning and my movement index at the end of the day. It's amazing how it's helped me stay on top of my health and fitness. Great product, but not consistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring a couple months ago now & while I love it (the look, the functionality, the ease of using the app), I have had my fair share of connectivity issues. My partner bought his ring at roughly the same time and has had none of these issues so it’s definitely luck of the draw! I am a little disappointed with my ring on this basis, that it can be so expensive & still so unreliable. Buy with caution // a pinch of salt, for sure.
