Great tool for better habits

I’ve been trying to improve my sleep habits and this tool has kept me more disciplined—not only in sleep, but also in my morning walk routine (at least 1,700 steps), and in other aspects of my health. I feel like I’m taking better care of myself each day.

Great step tracker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago to track my steps and very happy so far. Step tracker is great and better than buying a watch. I find the battery is good and very easy to charge, lasts long and don't take to long to get to full charge. The sleep tracker is interesting with lots of information. There is a lot of information and I do find I skip over as some of it as I don't really understand it. The add ons are a nice touch and very interested what we will see in the future. As I said great step tracker, interesting for sleep, good for stress and like all add-ons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i am mid happy with it, but I bought to use the period tracking and it still says in calibration. Moreover it is not possible to add an activity afterwards bc it just says no data, I can only add it if it auto tracks it. The sleep tracker is also off, it makes no sense the amount of deep sleep I get
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
