Great motivator

Thanks to the caffeine window feature, I stopped drinking coffee right after waking up and started feeling more energized during the day. It also motivates me to stay more active during the day, and offers many interesting insights into my health. I really like that they are rolling out new features all the time!

Great product for measuring sleep and workouts!

I use it primarily for tracking my sleep and workouts to get an overview of my progress. The one feature I use the most (and is also the reason I got interested in the product) is the caffeine measurement. My sleep has gotten way better after limiting the caffeine consumption in regards to what the app says.
Also a thing to note is that i got the ring with titanium coating and I'm surprisingly amazed of how little the scratches are visible on the ring after 3 months use.
Overall a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this ring for an about 4 months. I really enjoy the heart rate monitoring for exercise. I’m not big on wearing a watch, so this is a nice alternative. It does seem to be easily scratched or beat up, but so far that hasn’t affected how the ring works. I also didn’t realize how much I was enjoying tracking my sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a wellness wearable that actually keeps up with your life, the Ultrahuman Ring AIR 2 is it. I’ve been using it daily and honestly — I’m super impressed.
My absolute favorite part? The battery life is next level. Like, for real… it lasts for dayzzzz. I’m not constantly charging it, which makes it so easy to just wear and forget — until it reminds me that my sleep score needs work 😅.
It’s light, comfortable, and tracks everything from sleep and recovery to movement and HRV without feeling bulky or distracting. The insights are clear and actually useful — not just data for data’s sake.
If you’re into optimizing your health but don’t want a device that screams “fitness tracker,” this ring is a low-key powerhouse. Highly recommend. 👏

Love the insights

As a mom, I also love the “new parent” plug in that accounts for rest + mindfulness moments. As far as design goes, I love the look and after a few days of wearing, barely even notice I’m wearing the ring. Overall, would recommend!

Great for workouts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im satisfied with the amount of info I get about my own body, especially during workouts I can actively monitor my heartrate and see how effective my workout session is while staying outside of dangerous heartrate levels

Good with some difficulties

When working out it takes forever to connect when starting the work out and ending it. During the night the app sometimes doesn’t work through the night and my alarm doesn’t go off. However, the menstrual cycle prediction is very good.
