[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the ring for a while now, came over from an oura gen 3. The ring is infinitely more comfortable. I forget I'm wearing it about 90% of the time. Helps me manage caffeine intake, and knows when I'm feeling rough and suggests options for helping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, its really helped me optimise my sleep and health and moniter my walking and stress and not being embarassed of a clunky applewatch i can wear the ring any occasion even wore it to a wedding and had compliments ! I only wish the implant was an option when informing the ring of your contraception for period tracking

The only slight issue I have is the battery life, i wish it was a bit longer. But overall, a great product that I have recommended to many of my friends.
