It’s also really fun to look at the insight for my sleep and be able tot reflect how certain habits impact my sleep more than I thought. I’m pleasantly surprised at how accurate the ring is at tracking my time of the month, especially as it’s all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has truly helped me understand my health to the fullest. I originally purchased to track my sleep, and it has helped me get my health on track by understanding my heart rate, HRV, and stress. I've already set personal records by exercising more and lowering my stress levels and heart rate! The only reason why I took off one star is because the smart alarm in the app is a bit buggy. There have been multiple times the alarm didn't go off even though it was set for the correct date/time.

Enjoyed the features while ring was functioning

My experience has been great so far, I have loved all the features the ring has to offer. However, recently the ring has not stayed connected and will not collect sleep data because of this. I did purchase the warranty, so I am hoping this process is smooth and the issue can be resolved quickly. I’ve really enjoyed my ring so far, so I am eager to have it replaced or back to working condition.
