Works fine with minor

What I like:
- sleep tracking
- caffeine window
- workout tracking
- workout tracking
- new parent function :)
- the UI has a nice appeal
- no subscription

What I would change:
- bad connectivity with ring-phone
- long updating times between ring and phone (updated app, reseted phone, meanwhile changed to new phone)
- every time ring update is available I have to reset the whole ring since it remains stuck updating

The overall appeal of the ring is positive with some throwbacks, mostly SW related.
If new ring will be available on the market, I highly consider upgrading :)

Great few months

I’ve been wearing this for about 2 months now and I really enjoy the sleep score and period tracker! It does a really good job paired with my watch and it’s perfect for when I want to disconnect and just have the ring on. I like that it’s light and discrete. Most people just think I’m wearing jewelry until I tell them about it!

Awesome tracker

I bought this a few months ago and I love it so far. I love that it tells me my sleep score and what time is my ideal bedtime. I use it to track my period and ovulation and count my steps. It really tracks it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my ring for a few months now and I've already recommended it to multiple friends. It has encouraged me to move more, get more steps daily and increase my sun exposure. The period tracking is very reliable as well. The ring has been able to detect trends and sleep patterns that I never would've discovered otherwise which has allowed me to totally change my nighttime routine to improve my sleep. I've been a big fan so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my Ultrahuman ring, i can’t use a watch because it hurts my wrists, so the ring was perfect for me! I like how it looks and feels. Only problem I have is that the ring disconnect when i am running and have Headphones connected at the same time as the ring, so i don’t get step count or pulse readings on that workout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift in May and it has changed the way I view how much sleep I’m getting each night, it tells me when it’s detecting I’m getting sick. It’s really opened up a lot for me to see how my body is working throughout the day and night.
