Great ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using it for a couple of months now. It's been very helpful to be mindful about my habits and patterns. Knowing is half the battle and the ring helps you win that half.
It's great to wear during most kinds of exercise. For strength training, I was afraid I might damage it if I gripped the dumbbell or barbell tightly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this ring to help track my sleep, fertility, and movement. I love the data available to me from body temp, to my sleep quality (which needs improvement!), and tracking my activity (especially the reminders to get up to stretch and/or move). The only downside is the battery life. I have it on the lowest battery setting (chill mode) and still feel like I need to charge it every other day. I love that purchasing the gold ring wasn’t a difference in cost (as compared to competitors) and that I don’t have to pay extra for cycle tracking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it like 6 months ago, and I think is very useful to track my health, battery is ok, and it helps to don't get distracted while using it, it could improve by tracking better the exercises, but overall it's a good value without a subscription needed, that's the best of this.
