I bought this ring and am so happy with how it has enhanced my sleep awareness. I work shift work and it has helped me stay diligent to optimizing sleep when I can!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ring!! It’s so light and comfortable to wear. For the most part it provides very informative and accurate insights. One thing I’ve noticed is the step count is very off from my Apple Watch. I wear both realistically so I’m ok with that since it’s more accurate in other areas. Overall I love my ring and has made a huge difference in my sleeping habits! Definitely recommend the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a little over a month since I started using it but it still surprises me with scarily good insights it constantly provides during the day. I mainly bought it for sleep tracking but this thing is surprisingly good at fitness tracking as well. I specifically enjoy the recovery score. It made me much more cautious about my caffeine usage and screen time. Can't wait to see more benefits the more I keep using it!
