[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Experience has been great so far. Only feedback would be the app using a lot of over-complicated language and not very intuitive.
I have been using this and comparing with readings from my apple watch. They don't always agree and I can't be certain which is more accurate. I have found that the Ultra Age and the Cardio Age fluctuate quite a bit and are never really in agreement with each other. I do like using the ring to track heart rate during workouts. But, other than that, I haven't been able to use it for much else.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Air Ring for a while now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite health and fitness gadgets. The first thing that impressed me is how lightweight and comfortable it feels. I often forget I’m even wearing it, which is perfect for 24/7 tracking.
The ring tracks key health metrics like sleep, heart rate, and activity levels with impressive accuracy. I especially like the sleep insights—it doesn’t just tell me how long I slept, but also provides recovery scores and actionable suggestions to improve rest. The activity tracking is equally useful, helping me understand my daily movement and energy expenditure without the bulk of a smartwatch.
The companion app is sleek and intuitive, with clear visualizations and trends that make the data easy to digest. I also appreciate the nudges and insights it gives for improving recovery and performance. Battery life is solid; I can go several days without charging, which is a huge plus for continuous tracking.
If I had to point out one minor area for improvement, it would be expanding the integrations with more third-party health apps. But overall, the Ultrahuman Air Ring is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to monitor and optimize their health without wearing a traditional fitness watch.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It kept me accountable, motivated, and deeply in tune with my body. The design is sleek, the insights are powerful, and it made tracking my health feel exciting—not a chore. Highly recommend for anyone serious about optimizing their lifestyle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it as a graduation gift, and it is living up to expectations, very detailed information and battery life is good too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a thorough research, I decided on buying the ultrahuman ring mainly because it offered Sleep & Recovery insights and the best part was that there was no Recurring subscription costs like some of the other products.
And I have been thoroughly been happy so far with the Ultrahuman Ring. It measures my sleep time and my HRV accurately and gives me good insights on what things can be improved.
The only complaint I have is the Ultrahuman app is clunky. There are M1 & home links at the bottom that I dont use and I dont want to see Circadian rhythm or some of the other features. My only Priority is Sleep, Recovery & HRV, I wish there was a way to customize on the app what can be seen at the top at one glance.

⸻ I’ve been using the UltraHuman Ring AIR for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it has transformed the way I sleep
Sleep Tracking: Shockingly Accurate
The sleep tracking on the Ring AIR is next-level accurate. It gives me a full breakdown of: • Sleep stages (light, deep, REM) • Sleep latency (how long it took me to fall asleep) • Heart rate variability (HRV) • Resting heart rate • Body temperature
What stood out most was how the ring pinpointed my fragmented sleep patterns—times I was waking up without even realizing it. It even showed how late caffeine or heavy meals messed with my deep sleep.
Before using the ring, I was sleeping late, waking up groggy, and never feeling fully rested. Once I started following the ring’s daily Sleep Index Score and circadian rhythm insights, things changed: • It nudged me to start winding down earlier. • It showed me how consistency mattered more than duration. • On days I had late dinners or screen time before bed, my deep sleep tanked—and the ring reflected that.
Using the ring’s data, I created a wind-down routine (no screens 1 hour before bed, early light exposure, and a fixed wake-up time). Within 2 weeks, I was naturally falling asleep by 10:30 PM and waking up refreshed by 6:00 AM.
Other Highlights • Insanely lightweight – I forget I’m wearing it. • Battery lasts 5–6 days easily. • Syncs with the UltraHuman app for a clean, easy-to-read dashboard.
If you’re struggling with inconsistent sleep or just want to optimize your circadian rhythm, the UltraHuman Ring AIR is a game-changer. It doesn’t just track your sleep—it teaches you how to fix it.
