[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my ring for 3 months so I feel like I’ve had plenty of time to really utilize its features. I love the sleep data and feedback. I have actually been able to make positive changes to improve my sleep behaviors. I’m also very motivated by my step tracking, and heart health results to move more! Overall, I’m very happy with this investment in my health.

Charge last a couple of days and it is always giving me accurate information! It has been a game changer for my health issues with my doctors as well. I can share the information with them very easy!

The ring has been really helpful and pretty accurate in track sleep and immune load- find myself trying to practice better sleeping habits as well because of it. Great features!

The ring is comfortable and I'm enjoying the sleep tracker. Some of the daily information is hard for me to decode, but I love the fact that I don't need to subscribe to anything in order to get the benefit of the ring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a while now, and it’s become a game-changer in how I stay connected to my health. It gives me valuable insights into my sleep, recovery, and daily activity, helping me make better choices every day.
The design is sleek and comfortable, so I hardly notice I’m wearing it — except when I check the data and realize how much I’ve learned about my body.
If there’s one thing I’d love to see improved, it’s the battery life. It works well, but having to recharge it a bit less often would make it even better.
Overall, I’m really happy with it, and it’s been an amazing tool to keep me more aware of my health and wellbeing.
