i love the ultrahuman ring. sadly i have only had it for a few months and am experiencing issues with my ring connecting to bluetooth. i have had to go days without data due to it not connecting:( besides this… i have enjoyed my experience. i love the layout of the app and i love the insights i get into my sleep and recovery.

The additional trends and other metrics are all a wonderful bonus and help me to manage my own energy. I find it motivating to know where to improve without it being negative. It gives me tools to know how to respond to changes in life.

The ring is extremely lightweight, making it very comfortable to wear all day and even during workouts. I also appreciate its durability – it feels solid and well-made. The only downside for me is the battery life, which I wish lasted a bit longer. That said, it’s still a great product

The complete insight it provides into sleep details has been incredibly helpful and has allowed me to improve my sleep quality. The app interface is also very user-friendly, and all the data and details it provides are extremely helpful.
While I am very satisfied with the core functionality, I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the experience even better. I would love to see a more proper step count feature, as well as the addition of GPS data to accurately record the location of my activities. An NFC function would also be a great addition.
