She told me about how it showed her when to drink coffee and when to stop and did deep dives in your sleep stats. I looked up the website and found more cool features like cardio tracking and i'm totally stoked on the new blood panel testing they just released. The best part, no monthly subscriptions, unless you want and even so, they run low. I love my ring and tell everyone who will listen about it. Buy yourself an Ultrahuman ring, you won't regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring a few months ago and I have loved it! I was nervous with all the negative ratings talking about the battery but I have had no issues and when I keep my ring in “Chill Mode” it lasts about 5 days.
It is very accurate in detecting sleep and they are always updating the ring and adding new features!
I wish I could connect it to my Strava app but that is my only complaint.

I was simply intrigued by the option of having insights into how my body reacts to different stimuli and what is basically going on. And it explained so much! It finally gave me data and helped figure it our why I suffer from migraine or why some days I feel tired even after full night of sleep. Also it is practical almost all in one app so I do not have to have several health apps. Simply great experience.

Me gusta el nuevo brain age, aunque aún está en fase de desarrollo. Echo en falta que sea más proactivo para predecir y registrar la actividad física que estoy haciendo, como sí hacen otros smartwatch
