Great ring great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ring for Mother’s Day and I love it. My only gripe is this is my second ring because my first one wouldn’t connect anymore and there have been a few times where I’m in workout mode my ring doesn’t register my heart rate. Overall I do love all the data the ring provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my ring for a few months now and I’m still obsessed with it. I have previously had smart watches but was fed up with how they looked, this ring looks so smart it’s not chunky at all you wouldn’t even know it’s a smart ring!
The sleep tracking and cycle tracking is amazing, it has alot more features that I realised before buying it which was a great surprise. The only thing is I’m not sure if it’s tracks steps 100% accurately, I had a garmin watch previously and my step count has supposedly halved which I’m not sure is accurate.
Highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing! You won’t regret!

Made Me Rethink My Habits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wrote this as my review: Love the app for the ring. I've gained good insights into what affects my sleep for better or worse. The insights from the ring are much, much more in depth than I initially thought before I bought the ring. I had learned that while my sleep was good, my "morning alertness" was a big cause of why I felt so tired, so I've made major changes to stop checking my phone first thing in the morning and get moving instead. I knocked off one star mostly for battery life -- wish it were better. Other than that, I've stopped wearing my fitness watch in favour of the ring for its small form factor and detailed tracking.

Great Smart Ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am really enjoying my Ring AIR. It’s pretty accurate and I enjoy all of the features and ‘power plugs’ that are available. I love that you don’t have to pay a monthly fee for the app, that’s why I chose this option instead of the Oura. I have had some problems with the ring tracking and syncing both my sleep and activity at times, which is a little frustrating. I’ve contacted support through the app and each time they’ve been helpful! I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman has been so helpful in helping me track my sleep. I have a seizure disorder that is impacted by sleep and stress. I like being able to see the sleep deficit and will try to build a nap into my day when I have one. It also holds me accountable when I skip workouts by telling me at the end of the week how much less active I was in comparison to the week before! It's been great and i recommend it to everyone interested in getting a ring.

Firmware issues but overall content

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it in March and already have the second replacement because it stopped connecting after a firmware update, so now I don’t update the firmware because I’m scared it will stop connecting again. But I am super happy with it when it is working
