I have been tracking my fitness and recovery scores regularly from the ring, and it's helped me plan my routines much better. I have been working out for quite some time now, and I am always trying to figure out ways to optimize what I can get out of my lifestyle. We all know that sleep and recovery is a huge part of living a fit life, and somehow that has been consistently lacking from my routine.
