Sleep tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sleeping 7–8 hours most nights, but waking up feeling like I hadn’t slept at all. I’d scroll through sleep tips online, try magnesium, meditation, no screens before bed—you name it. Nothing really stuck, because I didn’t know what was actually going wrong.
This ring changed that.
It didn’t magically fix my sleep overnight, but it finally gave me a way to see what’s happening while I’m asleep. Turns out I wasn’t getting enough deep sleep, and my recovery scores were way off after high-stress days, even if I hadn’t worked out. The HRV data, resting heart rate, even skin temperature started to paint a fuller picture of what my body was going through.
I also started noticing how my sleep improved when I ate earlier, skipped alcohol, or took a proper wind-down routine seriously. Before, it all felt like guessing. Now it feels like learning.
The ring itself is great—super light, looks good, and I barely feel it at night, which is huge. I didn’t want another thing buzzing on my wrist.
Honestly, I bought this ring because I was tired of being tired lol. But it makes a huge difference in my life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Not just on the outside, but internally—like how fit it really is.
This ring has been surprisingly helpful. The Cardio Age feature kind of freaked me out at first, but it was also a wake-up call. Seeing that number was a good push to take things more seriously—and what's cool is that I could actually see it improve a bit after a couple of weeks of better sleep and more consistent workouts.
The VO2 Max reading is another feature I didn’t expect to care about, but now I check it way more often than I probably should. It’s satisfying to see it climb, even slowly. And cardio adaptability is probably what I’ve appreciated the most. It tells me how well my body is bouncing back from stress or workouts—and for someone with my family history, that feels like gold.
As for the design, honestly, I’m not a huge fan of chunky wearables, so I was relieved that the ring looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t scream “fitness tracker,” which I love. Super light, too—I forget I’m wearing it most of the time.

TL;DR: If you’re someone who’s trying to understand your heart better—not just count steps—the ring gives you data that actually matters. Especially if, like me, you're trying to stay a step ahead of genetics.

Great metrics but the battery is not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring approximately 6 months ago. Unfortunately after 2 months it died and I was n out able to connect it anymore. Thank to the support we solved everything and I got a new ring in two weeks. Since than I have experienced no issues. I would say in general only positive things about it when it comes to tracking. I really like how the ring measures my sleep efficiency and that for every metric it gives actual explanation what it means and how to improve it. Also things such as dynamic is crucial for me as for an athlete. The battery is not the best but in chill mode it is ok

Battery Life

The Ultrahuman Ring Air stands out for its lightweight, comfortable design (It is barely noticeable), and super-long battery life. I love the Gold finish!! It monitors my sleep. I keep it in Turbo mode, which tracks the maximum amount of data, and still averages more than six days per charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Ring since last 8 months, easily the best wearable on the market. It's so lightweight and non intrusive. I have an Apple watch too but I mostly prefer this for sleep tracking any day. The sleep and stress scores are really accurate. Also love the caffeine window feature a lot, really helps me keep my caffeine in check and the app insights have significantly improved my sleep and recovery!
