[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery is dying way to fast! After 1 day, its empty! There are many many updates every week. This is annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ultra human ring… I have learned a lot about my sleeping patterns, what affects them, and what I can do to improve my sleep however, I do feel that the battery life is horrible. I have to charge my ring twice a day
overall i enjoy my ultrahuman ring! waking up everyday to check my sleep data is so interesting. tracking all of the times i shift or when im in deep sleep is so interesting to see! also i like that it can track your bodies stress level. as a paler person i also love the vitamin d feature! i like how it tells me how long i have until i burn depending on the uv level! my only con of the ring would be how easily it scratches.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ultra human air. I feel like the in depth and multi faceted things it recognizes far surpasses other health rings out there. My only critic is when logging a workout sometimes it will stop tracking randomly and go back to the main page of the app basically not tracking your entire workout but this only happens maybe 1 out of every 10 times.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in April and have worn it everyday since, really enjoy the sleep and cycle data this provides. And no monthly subscription! For anyone looking to purchase highly recommend, and fit wise make sure you can wear on multiple fingers to account for size fluctuation’s when it’s warm etc..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my birthday and so far the sleep insights are invaluable to make sure I am allowing my body and mind enough rest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about 4 months ago and have loved getting all of the feedback that this ring tracks. It is very insightful and helpful in knowing more about my body and what it responds well to and what it does not. The sleep feature is my favorite by far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Experience After a Few Months I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for several months and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The ring itself is well-built and comfortable, though I expected it to be a bit smaller. Despite this, it fits well for daily wear and doesn’t interfere with my activities. App Features The Ultrahuman app offers a wide range of features, which I find impressive. It provides detailed insights into various health metrics such as: • Sleep quality • Recovery scores • Activity tracking Heart rate monitoring • Readiness and metabolic health However, the app interface could be more user-friendly. At times, it feels a bit cluttered and overloaded with information. It would be helpful if the app presented key insights more concisely, allowing users to quickly understand their status and what actions to take. Suggestions for Improvement • Simplify the Dashboard: A cleaner overview with only the most important data points would make daily use easier. Actionable Tips: Short, clear advice for each health area (e.g., how to improve sleep or recovery) would be beneficial. • Customization: The ability to customize which metrics are highlighted on the main screen would help users focus on what matters most to them. What I Would Like • Quick, summarized information for each health topic. • Clear, actionable steps to improve performance in areas like sleep, recovery, and activity. • A less crowded and more intuitive app interface. Conclusion The Ultrahuman Ring is a solid health wearable with strong hardware and valuable insights. With some improvements to the app’s clarity and usability, it could become even more effective for users seeking quick, actionable feedback on their health and performance.
