I definitely changed my behavioural patterns for the better, and I like the sleek jewelry look that I can (and do) wear with any outfit. Unfortunately I’ve had quite some battery issues after a few months, but these are being taken care of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my Apple watch, as I didn’t like the look of the watch. I’m a real data freak and love all the things it can measure. It looks nice on the finger. What I like most about Ultrahuman is that they constantly are improving and add new features. Sometimes the ring won’t connect in the app which leads to me not being able to check my data. The connection is a bit fiddly sometimes. It did scratch with everyday use, bus I’m not too precise with my day-to-day handling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the standout features for me is how it tracks and helps me understand my sleep. I get detailed insights each morning—not just how long I slept, but how restful it was, my recovery levels, and what might be affecting it.
Another feature I really like is the caffeine window. Based on my sleep data, it recommends the best times to avoid caffeine, which has actually helped me feel more rested and alert during the day.
The ring also sends nudges throughout the day, reminding me to move when I've been sitting too long or encouraging me to hit my movement goals. It’s subtle, but effective in keeping me more active.
Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring Air is lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and packs a lot of smart features that support better health habits without being overwhelming.
