My experience with the Ultra Human Air Ring

I’m really happy with my Ultra Human Air Ring and wear it every day. It has given me a lot more insight into my sleep, I now have a better understanding of my overall sleep quantity and the different sleep phases.
Additionally, the ring helps me track my stress levels and I can visually see when I need to take it easy and slow down, which is really useful. I’ve only just started tracking my cycle, so I’m still unsure about its accuracy, but the data looks clear and organized.
The ring is comfortable to wear. It’s a bit discolored now, which I find a little disappointing, but I understand since I wear it all the time.
Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to gain more insight into their lifestyle. The battery life is great too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my ring for almost a year and I’ve loving it so far being able to see my sleep data everyday and know what I can do to improve it. Along with I love that I can use it to track my steps and workouts and don’t have to wear anything else.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end of 2024 and it is still going strong. Have had a few issues with the battery, but updates usually fix those issues quickly. It’s comfortable and has plenty of useful features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using mine for a while now and love it! Can’t wait to lose the pregnancy weight and be able to wear it again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring at Christmas and it is now July. I love how it tracks everything and provides detailed information! Stays charged for a few days at a time. I recommend charging when you take a shower/get ready for the day! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is scratched up and the gold coating is wearing off even though I use a silicone cover while working out.
A Strong Start with Room for Accuracy Improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring Air is an impressive concept with solid potential, but its accuracy varies depending on what you’re tracking. Here’s my experience:
What It Gets Right: • Resting Heart Rate: Very close to my Apple Watch readings, which is reassuring. • Sleep Temperature: Reliable for tracking temperature shifts during the night.
Where It Struggles: • Sleep Tracking: Sleep duration and stages feel inconsistent. I can wake multiple times in a night, yet the ring reports a full 7 hours. It’s better for spotting overall trends rather than precise sleep scoring.
Other Highlights: • No Mandatory Subscription: A big plus compared to many competitors. There’s a fee for deeper insights, but core data is accessible without ongoing costs. • App Insights: The guidance on recovery and health trends is practical and helpful. • Comfort: Lightweight and comfortable; I hardly notice I’m wearing it.
Bottom Line: This ring is a great tool for trend tracking and recovery insights, especially if you want a screen-free experience without a subscription. Just know it’s not perfect yet for detailed sleep or workout tracking. The good news? The company is actively improving the product, so accuracy may get better over time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring itself is good and looks nice. The issue with the product is the partnered App, as it is very unstable. There are times when it syncs well, there are times that it wont and requires constant restart. I wish they can embed auto sync.
