A decent first iteration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using the Ultrahuman ring. The sleep tracking works well. I like that they continue to add functionality and improved the battery life with new modes. I wish I could use this to track my heart rate when I exercise but does not seem to be able to capture that accurately. Lastly tends to accumulate a fair amount of scratches that don’t seem to heal as advertised. Love that there are no subscription fees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR in gold and it has completely changed the way I understand my body. It gives me incredibly accurate insights into how I sleep, when I need to rest, where I am in my menstrual cycle, and how well I am recovering physically and mentally.
The amount of meaningful data this ring delivers is amazing. What really stands out is how clearly it presents everything, helping me make smarter choices about my health, energy, and daily rhythm. It feels like having a personal coach on my finger.
The battery does need to be charged fairly often, but I usually do that while I take a shower. It fits easily into my routine and keeps the ring ready throughout the day.
I honestly would not want to be without it anymore. If you are serious about understanding your body and making better lifestyle decisions, this ring is a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7 months into the ring and it's getting worse by the hour. It doesn't even hold a charge for 24 hours any longer, ever since it has been exposed to the chill mode... so I miss out on sleep tracking, don't dare to track fitness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ring in December of 2024 so that I could track my health and my cycle. The cycle tracking is favorite feature. I also really like the sleep tracking. It helps me identify things that hinder my sleep. Overall the ring helps me understand my body better so that I can treat it better.

I wear it everyday so there are a few scratches on the ring, but it’s not super noticeable. I love watching for new updates and can’t wait to see what else my Ultrahuman Ring is capable of.

Good features, hardware okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the ring 7 months ago and it has been so interesting to learn about my body. I love that they're constantly coming up with new features, updates and keeping us learning without any additional monthly fees. I really do enjoy it. My only "complain" is the actual hardware. I wear the gold one and I feel as if the edges have already lost the gold and the ring itself looks like it's been on me for 7 years instead of 7 months.
