[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a customer since Ring R1 for the ease of use for health tracking (especially sleep), and when they launched the Ring Air it just got even better with all the useful functionalities in an even smaller form factor. Just crazy how tech has evolved.

This ring is so light and comfortable and let's me sleep without any discomfort. The sleep data is explained so well on the app, it has become a daily habit to check in on my daily score and work towards a steady and good sleep health.
