I LOVE our waterdrop system!

I LOVE our waterdrop system! The hot water dispenses HOT water in seconds! No need to wait for the tea kettle to heat up. The cold water is room temperature (just the way I like it), but we fill the water picture and refrigerate it to get the water really cold for everyone else. We've gotten rid of our cold water dispenser and we no longer buy water bottles. Another step toward going green!!

I received excellent support in helping me install the RO system into my small under sink area. It is easy to use, quiet, and our water tastes noticeably better. I feel much safer knowing that the filter is working.

We use this product now

We use this product now instead to buy 5G purified water from supermarket. We also had a two filter system under the sink, but now we replaced it with this RO system. Overall we are very happy with the product, which can also supply hot water for tea and coffee

I purchased it to get cleaner

I purchased it to get cleaner water for my skin condition. The quality test verification sheet provided on the website builds trust to buy this product. I tested it with a ppm meter at my end too. The quality of water is great. Great job!
Only complaint is that hot water is produced only a couple of glasses at a time and you have to wait every 15 mins for the water to heat.
