Worth the price. Our city water is the worst, but with this filter system, our drinking water tastes like it comes from a mountain stream. Clean and alive. Compare this to the taste of bottled water, buying in bulk is half the price of bottled water, taste it and you'll never go back.

The water tastes great but too often air gets stuck in the filter and I have to lift it up and squeeze it to get the air bubbles out. If it just didn't have issue draining it'd be perfect.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

the quality filter is good but not last long. i love the taste of water .the ads said can turn my tap water to purify water up to 25 gallons but it didnot. i have to change filter after getting about 15 gallons. our tap water is 250

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Filter life is based on the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the TDS reading the shorter the filter life and vice versa. Test your tap water and use the chart in the link below to determine the average number of gallons based on your specific tap water TDS reading.
