Filters work as advertised! But can’t give 5 stars because they don’t last very long and with the size pitcher I have I’m constantly having to re-fill the thing and that’s too much work! In fact I still buy gallons of store spring water from time to time because I can just grab from the refrigerator poor and put back without having to refill something.

I am very happy about my decision to try ZeroWater as a solution to bottled water, or a water service. If you could say that water has a taste, I can definitely tell the difference drinking ZeroWater - so refreshing. The savings is essential and buying the 16 Pack of filters was a no-brainer when it came to cost savings.
