The quality of the filters has eroded. I used to be able to replace a filter with ease. Now, it is extremely difficult to get a tight seal. Water leaks around the seal, which defeats the purpose. I am very disappointed that changing the filter causes me to strain myself and waste a lot of water before a satisfactory seal is made. Sorry I purchased so many filters.

I love these filters. I have to change the filter about once a month. Have been using for several years and will never stop.

Best water filter ever

I got this because I wanted to see if the reviews were true. I had a purita filter so when I got this it cane with a tds reader. I tested it on my tap(230) purita filter(140) and zero filter(00). I thought maybe it was their tds playing tricks so I bought a different one and it was the same. I even have a survival life straw and this filtered everything way better. Now I only cook with zerowater filtered water. I love it

Function and black smudges

I purchased about 4 months ago but did not open and begin using until 5 weeks ago. When I put the filter in it looked used.....black smudges all around. It was factory sealed so obviously poor quality control. I have the 10 cup pitcher....when you press the spout to dispense the water often times goes in a few directions so you need a wide mouth glass or it shoots everywhere. The top spout just gushes out.....very difficult to control the flow. I am not happy at all with this pitcher however I just hope that it truly takes contaminants out of the water. I just reordered a filter to see if the condition is the same as the one I originally got in the new pkg. BTW.....I have NEVER written a review before......I am that displeased with this product.

I've been using using and enjoying a ZeroWater 184 oz. Blue Dispenser in my refrigerator for several years. I live alone and like to keep a supply of the ZeroWater Replacement Filters stored within easy reach of the refrigerator for whenever I need to replace one. I like the water I use from the dispenser and appreciate having a large supply of replacement filters nearby to replace the expended filters as soon as the TDS tester exceeds 006 just like the instructions say. When the supply of extra filters runs low, I purchase a 16 Pack of the replacement filters so I don't have to purchase filters frequently. The ZeroWater Blue Dispenser is a great product which I take apart, clean, and install a fresh new filter about every 3 or 4 months.

do Zero water filters age or have an expiration da

I have been buying zero water filters for many, many years. I have never encountered any problems. The last package of 2 filters are making my water WORSE rather than better. The reading on the water going into the filter is 20 to 25 and when it goes through the filter it is markedly discolored and the reading becomes 147 to 175..... WHAT GIVES ZERO WATER.......

Something is VERY wrong

We've had it for about a week or so, water tasted great. Last night the water suddenly tasted awful. I tested it and it is 758! NOW - I still had a container that I filled the day before, so I tested that, and it was 001! I dumped out all the water, cleaned the pitcher carefully, and I let new water run through the filter several times to make sure it was also clean.Tested it again, and it's750! I tested the tap water, and that is in the 500's. SO - when taking the tap water (testing at 500 approx.), and filter it - it comes out at 750 - i.e., its tests 250 HIGHER than before filtering it. What is going on??

One star for the simple fact that zero water chose not to have Black Friday sale on 16 pack filters this year. Real slap in the face for us…you know your loyal customers. Hopefully you’ll WAKE UP next year
