[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this facial trimmer for some time now and I’ve tried to love it. I have used it over and over and each time I’ve had to stop and use a different form for shaving. It pulled hair and caused severe razor burn. It’s a good concept but it’s not for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It shaves a long week-end of growth without any problem. The battery gives out without warning; lucky I have an old one to finish the job.

I can't comment on the durability of the shaver yet, hence just four stars, but I can tell you that I bought it to replace my ten year old Panasonic ES8243, it shaves every bit as close, trims as well, and it is a heck of a lot quieter. It's quite a large shaver, but that's not much of an issue. It has all the same features as my old shaver and it cost me a third as much. I have high hopes for this one.

I have been using your product for a couple of weeks and i am very pleased with it. I have sensative skin and a tough beard. Your razor cuts my beard quite easily and does not irritate my skin. I am SO glad i purchased it!!

It shaves three days growth with ease. It does not hurt. You have to learn when it needs recharging, when the buzzing doesn't sound angry anymore.
