[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a nice, expensive trimmer that I was using but it starting making a very loud noise so much so, it was unbearable and it went in the trash. I decided to try this out to see if there is a noticeable difference. Overall, the weight of the Remington is not great. It feels flimsy, which to be called indestructible, I think it needs to be sturdy and substantial. Second, the guards are very hard to snap on and off. You feel like it might break upon removal. It does trim well, but the nose hair trimmer is not great. It will do for now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't wait to try this out, as I had been using different kind of trimmers for different jobs. I've never been disappointed in a Remington clipper product until now. The handle of the clipper itself does seem to be durable and of decent quality. I can say that the battery life is pretty good, have to charge it about every other time I use it. It's small so I feel it works best for facial trimming, hair cutting might take awhile. The guards or accessories are where the problems start. Which makes the whole all-in-one grooming kit worthless. The guards are flimsy, some fit really tight and one even broke trying to get it off. I've never had that happen to me before. It's not a terrible kit but there are much better options out there. For those reasons, I can't really recommend this trimmer.

I have bought this item twice because I like how they trim however both only lasted about 6 months each then just stop working
