Going from an Apple device to a Microsoft is difficult. I have found the battery life to be extremely short, which is a major inconvenience. The keyboard lights are great when your using the computer, but they flash when your computer is idle. I have struggled with familiarizing myself with all of the features, there's so much to re-learn.

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing difficulty operating WINDOWS 11, and your disappointment with the short battery life and the keyboard lights flashing when the laptop is in idle mode. If this is your first experience with WINDOWS 11, we recommend that you go visit Microsoft's Knowledge Base on tips on how to navigate smoothly within the OS: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/meetwindows11. To improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if this laptop is running with the most Windows, drivers and BIOS update. Updates for this laptop are available at: https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-gaming/tuf-gaming/asus-tuf-gaming-a16-2024/helpdesk_download?model2Name=FA607NUG. Additionally, no third-party battery draining applications are running in the background if not in use. The flashing keyboard light when the laptop is idle can be disabled in the Armoury Crate utility software.

It would be very helpful if there was a whole list of how-to's to set up certain aspects. Like navigating to the gaming area and start off with some free to play non subscription games, how to navigate the "crate", how to changes keyboard colors. Things like this would save us newbies hours.
