[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple weeks ago and so far it has been a great printer. The photo quality isn’t as good as professional but it’s pretty dang close. It’s also extremely easy to use and to set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT PRINTER Tough to get software

My other cannon fell and broke so I went looking for a printer, I found this MEGA tank and it would do all the old one would do plus the big tanks. On Best Buy no software was linked so googled the cannon site for the drivers and software. For those with an old printer, best to remove and uninstall old software totally. Opening the shipping box was easy and this box is way sturdy. The instructions were hardly worth looking at. I googled the printer again and watched an unboxing and set up video. I did this and this was easy. Filling thte tanks had no mess or spillage as the tanks have a rubber valve that fits over the tank. So I tried installing the printer in Windows 11 and trying to figure out the drivers crazy file names was crule. Googled again install of this cannon model number andthe Microsoft store has a install that did not need down loading but ran on a click. It did the whole thing including drivers and wifi install port and the whole thing I just answered ok or yes it was so fast but all was done including an icon on my task bar to scan , document feed, print fax. Just a dream. I have used the printer now many times and love it as well as the software, It is installed to print from Word and PDF. just like my old one just different software. The start of the software to do scanning is a bit slow to run but works great . The software auto install is called Cannon-Inkjet-Smart-connect-1-11-1-1-0
