Mediocre sound, plenty of other issues

First off - Thank you Best Buy. Best Buy were great, their customer service is great, and the overall experience I have nothing but praise for.
But the actual product - the sound is tinny, no matter how much I tried to make it sound better. The bass is underwhelming, and somehow my 10 year old 150 dollar soundbar sounds almost as good as this new soundbar. It shouldn't be the case.
Worst of all though - it completely ruined my internet. Just turning it on and nothing else, it would tank my wifi from 1 gbps to around 50 mbps. Turn it off - wifi is back to normal.
I moved the soundbar 6 meters away from the router, I moved everything to 2.4 GHz, back to 5 GHz, I enabled IoT dedicated wifi band, nothing.
A 600 CAD soundbar should not cause so many issues with something that should fundamentally work out of the box.

I will never be buying an LG sound bar again. And for future purchases - make sure you check if it causes issues with Wifi.

Amazing Soundbar

This is the best soundbar, you will find in market. Bought for 600 during Boxing Day. Got amazing sound and SoundPRO AI just function so well according to your room size. The product is highly recommended to go for .

The this price, where is the bass?

Thinking I was getting an upper range sound system for my c4 OLED tv I have been very disappointed.
The bass tone keeps cutting out in Bluetooth mode making listing to music almost not tolerable.
The bass in general is lacking even in base mode, this system is seriously lacking power.
I am really considering taking it back and trying something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m not too happy with this sound bar and subwoofer. Firstly, the actual sound is thin and tinny, and I can’t find a way to make it sound better aside from the preset options. Then the subwoofer itself cuts out nonstop for no reason. I’ve tried all the recommended steps, even move my router to the other side of a TV unit. Which let’s be honest in this day and age shouldn’t be an issue, but still persistently cuts out with no real reason. And the only thing LG can tell me to do is drop it off to an authorized repair shop. Which is not something I should be doing with my three month old unit. And even then because it’s a local shop they’re gonna have it for a month or two.
I really don’t recommend purchasing this. Don’t waste your money.

The sound is crystal clear and the presets help you in finding the way you like to hear movies, very inmersive, the only con would be the lacking of power in the atmos area, but if you are a person that is looking for 5.1, this is the right choice.
Note: In additiont to the great sound what I like the most is that the whole system is conected by bluetooth

complete immersion experience. Got lucky, bought it while on promotion, i would have paid ful price too. Great sound, perfect to replace my old and bulky wired sound system.
