Lots of issues

Power cord was missing for the subwoofer. The subwoofer cuts in and out randomly and the rear speakers don’t work when listening to Spotify. Save your money and go with a different brand

Hi Jaco, thank you for sharing your experience with the S80TR Soundbar. We recognize the issues you are seeing with the missing subwoofer power cord, the sub cutting in and out, and the rear speakers not playing during Spotify playback.

For the subwoofer connection, try placing it within 15 feet of the soundbar and press the PAIRING button on the back of the sub to reconnect. For the rear speakers, switching the sound mode to AI Sound Pro or Surround can help distribute audio when streaming apps output in stereo.
