Speakers are a joke. At 100 % volume can barely hear. Spent one hour with Microsoft and another hour with Lenovo and couldn’t fix. Returned laptop. Also Windows11 is a pain compared to 10 in my opinion. So much junk you need to turn off. Also I don’t want any of my data and info stored on the cloud. My Lenovo E580 is a better machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Making the ThinkPad E16 Gen 1 personal was easy. Reversed the control and function keys in to conform to what I am used to, as well as the key labels. Set the Function keys to default to F# instead of sound, airplane mode, etc. The keys are larger and well spaced for my fingers. Well constructed and meets my needs perfectly.
