I have had this laptop for a few weeks and use it for my day-to-day office work. It has been running great. The quality of image and sound on zoom is very good. This is my third Lenovo product I have used for work and by far this one has been the best already. I love my personal carbon X1. This one compares well and has a bigger screen although I do miss the touchscreen. The processing time is fast. The machine looks very nice. I definitely recommend it. Thank you to the salesperson on the chat who helped me pick this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased the E14 and 15s for a long time now along with the hybrid usb c dock and they have been absolutely rock solid on reliability. But they are also very affordable for the specs you get, are very pleasing to use (especially the famous Thinkpad keyboards), and perform well. Having a 16 inch option for those who prefer more screen over lighter weight is a wonderful addition.
