Nice phone, but there are some major issues

We bought this phone last fall (2 phones), and so far we are very happy with it. With one, no two exceptions: international plans (when traveling) do not work with it as we have found out the hard way, AND e-Sim cards cannot be installed/downloaded - I just checked again online (it has only one sim slot so an e-Sim would be needed). What a bummer. Which means that the phone is a waste of money for us since we now have to buy new phones after only a few months that are unlocked, have dual sim slots, and are compatible for international calling. - So we only can recommend it if you only use it within the United States.

Worst phone I've ever owned

I've had some bad phones in my time, but this one has gone above and beyond to destroy my faith in the entire samsung brand. It's slow. Terribly slow. It constantly drops calls, closes apps with no warning, can't run multipl apps at all without slowing to a crawl, or just not working at all. I can't wait until I can afford to upgrade to something useful. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!

Worst phone I have ever owned.

I bought this phone expecting somewhat decent quality. It sucks. It's the worst phone I have ever owned. It is slow, laggy, glitchy and the camera sucks. It's not worth the price. The only positive thing about this phone is the battery life. That's it. Don't waste your money.
