I will never go back to slab phone with one issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great in most aspects, great usability, convenient features, and a improved main camera. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants to try a foldable. But that doesn't mean this phone is without issue. The main gripe i have is quality control. I have read about and experienced some sticky screen issues and loose buttons. Still no telephoto lense for this price point, no support for something simple like samsung DEX. I really do love this phone but I can't over look some of the quality control.

Black screen of death

A troubleshooting step is to restart the phone. Disconnect the phone or tablet and then attempt to turn it on by pressing and holding the Power button (or Side button) for 15 to 20 seconds. The Samsung Galaxy logo will appear. If the screen turns on, your device requires a charge. Please turn off your device and reconnect it to the appropriate charger until it's fully charged. If the screen fails to turn on after performing the previous steps, your device needs service. Contact the Samsung Support Center for further assistance. We know how much you love your phone, and with Galaxy Z Assurance, you can have confidence knowing you have coverage.
