I really love the Galaxy AI features and how I utilize them towards all my daily activities while using my phone! The phone quality, picture quality, and everything else is amazing, and have been such a happy customer since switching over to Samsung!

Best phone I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best phone I've ever owned. I actually have a galaxy flip 4 but it wasn't listed. I've never had an issues with it and I drop it on a concrete floor at work daily. Using AI has been simple on this phone as well. It automatically gives you the option to use as much or as little AI as you want. Would love to upgrade to a galaxy flip 6 if I win.

Flip issues defeat the point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this phone is fine. However around christmas of last year I was rendered unable to close my phone. The reason? Everytime I flipped it closed the screen would not come baxk on when I reopened it. I would have to hard boot it in order to get the screen to work once more.
Why didnt I replace it? The phone itself still works. I just have to use it as a regular smart phone rather than one that closes.
It still does what I need it to do. The novelty of the flip part was just rendered superfluous is all.

Features of phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is an awesome phone with great features and very awsome AI technology that you can switch from professional to other AI settings it's by far the best samsung phone ive had for quite awhile that's my opinion anyways I know most ppl are afraid of the fold in the phone but the fold in the screen is actually really sturdy and don't see it breaking anytime soon
