[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my samsung galaxy z flip 6!! Galaxy AI has so many cool features now! I like that I can use AI to create my own wallpapers for my phone! The color of the phone is amazing!! I love that I can fold it and carry it easily in my pocket!! I plan to keep this phone a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The foldability is the reason I own it. I need portability and functionality. I am giving up very little functionality for a huge boost in portability.
I wish there was more functionality in the cover screen. Pretty much all apps should run from there for example Zoom and mail. That would be a great boost.
Battery is a bit of an issue. It would be great to use the phone for longer than a day without charging. With new Galaxy AI features, it seems battery is even more taxed.
Can there be too much connectivity? I found it hard to keep my work life separate from my personal life because there are so many ways apps, system, accounts, etc are connected. As a result I bought a second cheap phone and uninstalled work apps and accounts from my personal flip. However, there goes portability...and I can't afford two Flips....
A better trade-up program would be great for loyal longitudinal shoppers...
Overall, great product with minor room for improvement.

Galaxy Flip 6 Reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung Flip phone. I have had good experiences with all 3 phones. I like how easily they slip in and out of my pocket and the compact size when stored. They can be slippery so I usually end up purchasing either a grip or a case. Speed, refresh rate and general use match other phones. Camera is adequate. I use many of the Samsung apps and widgets. Screens have gotten better with each revision. I was updating annually but that has become cost prohibitive. Works well with my Samsung watch and ear buds.
