My screen freezes up quite a bit. Sometimes it gets very very hot. And it doesn't hold the charge as long as my Z flip 5. Little bit disappointed in this phone. Expected the Z flip 6 to be better than the 5.

If you are experiencing issues with your phone freezing, warming up, or not holding a charge, all this could be related to the need for a software update. In many cases, software updates can resolve a lot of related to outdated features. In the links below, you’ll find additional information and troubleshooting steps to address the concerns you’re facing.
We want your phone to be in top condition at all times. Samsung products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months, as specified for each product. Additionally, for eligible devices, we offer the option to add extra coverage through Samsung Care+, which provides extended protection and additional support.
As an owner of a Z Series device, you are automatically enrolled in our Galaxy Z Assurance program. This benefit includes one free screen protector replacement and discounts on screen repairs if needed.
