I ordered it on a Friday, it shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday(foundation) and Thursday(mattress). Foundation was fairly easy to asssmble but please make sure to use a power screwdriver. I watched the assembly video a few times beforehand and it was really helpful. The mattress expands as soon as the plastic is removed. I love it!! I'm extremely happy with everything. Very comfortable bed for my back. Not too soft.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Both bed and pillows have been great. Only trouble running into thus far is how long it appears to be taking for the mattress to break in. At a few weeks now it hasn't made much of a transition. The pillows however are amazing for someone with severe sleep apnea and required to use a CPAP.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mattress itself after coming out of the vacuum seal puffed up really quickly, almost immediately but I gave it a day anyway. The mattress is soft but still slightly firm so you're not sinking into it. I love it, and it fits my frame perfectly. The two free pillow deal was an added bonus, the ghost pillows are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't expect to be able to read in bed!

We ordered a Cal King Ghost Bed about two weeks ago, and we absolutely love it. Incredibly comfortable and BEST sleep we have had in years. Great support, not too firm at all, and the only problem is that I can't read in bed or do anything really because I hit the mattress and fall asleep so fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our GhostBed mattress is very comfortable. It's been a dramatic improvement over our previous mattress. We enjoy the fact that it isn't overly warming and that it adjusts to our shape. We recommend this to others who are looking for a comfortable way to sleep.

The purchase process was very simple and delivery was efficient. The mattress is very nice and thus far, I have no complaints with the mattress.
I did purchase the mattress protector and I was disappointed that the it is not a GhostBed manufactured product. If I had known that, I would have bought it separately and saved quite a bit of money from what I was charged by GhostBed. Since it is not made by GB, it did ship separately and took longer to be delivered than the mattress.
Other than that, the feel and sleep of the mattress is as I had researched and anticipated; it did not take long to adjust to the feel. I am very pleased with the purchase.
