Love all of it! The only complaint would be that they mattress came a few days after the pillows and platform.

I am still getting used to my ghost bed. Main adjustment is that the bed is softer than I was used to with my Tempurpedic. I think it is going to work out well once I have adjusted.

Haven't had a bed be so comfortable and supportive ever. The GhostBed ticks all the marks, and is one of the best beds I've ever slept on.

The first night for me was life changing. My husband had a more difficult time due to the firmness of the mattress. I love it and he has gotten use to it too. My back pain is not completely gone but has improved to the point were I don't have to roll out of bed anymore. I love my GhostBed!

Have been using this mattress for about two weeks now and so far have experienced much better sleep than with my 11 year old sleep number bed. Toughest part of the bed purchase was getting it upstairs to my bed platform. Might I suggest the shippers place inexpensive straps on the package to help your customers carry or move it. Thanks
