Customer service was great, the buying process was simple, the bed on the other hand is like a rock to sleep on for me and my husband, even after the "30 day break in period". It has honestly caused us more aches and pains then any bed we have ever owned. Definitely plan on returning. Super thankful for the trial period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello all, so far everything is good, but I just started to use the bed at mid august 08/15/2017 I moved to a new house and we were not done with renovations until that date then we put together the bed. So I hope you'll give us some more time to try it better.

I've had the ghost bed for 2 weeks and absolutely love it. It's soft but firm. I also like how I don't disturb my husband when I get up. Worth every penny!

This bed really is amazing. I think my only complaint would be that I wish they offered it in different thicknesses for heavy people. The FAQ section says to get a king if you're over a certain weight but they're the same thickness which is really where the support comes from. Offer a 14" thick upgrade and I'm totally there with money in hand and 5 stars!
