It is firm & comfortable for sleeping on your side & back. Will rate again in the future & feel it may warrant a 5th star

My husband broke his neck 10 years ago and a year and half ago he broke his back. Needless to say, he has had moderate to severe pain for years. He laid on the bed the first time and was concerned that it was too hard. He continued to lay on the bed and within a minute, he was excited to go to bed. Now, about 10 days later, he is a different person. He states he has no pain in his neck or back now! I suffer from sleep apnea but refused the cpap machine. I have slept thru the night now for the past 5 days. I did have an adjustment period but that was expected. We are grateful for our new GhostBed AND pillows! They are phenomenal!

Soft, yet firm - the perfect balance. Also, 20 years is one of the longest warranties on the market! Twice as long as the Purple mattress.

MY WIFE & I BOTH HAVE BACK PROLEMS - WHEN WE GOT THE BED WE BOTH LIKED IT AND THE PILLOWS BUT AS TIME HAS GONE ON MY WIFE HAS FOUND THAT IT S SO CONFORMING TO HER BACK THAT SHE GOES IN EARLY TO WATCH TV AND SLEEP IN - IN ALL THE BED IS GREAT FOR BOTH OF US THANK YOU - GHOSTBED

3 stars isnt a bad thing but my biggest complaint is that the mattress is too firm for someone as small as me. Other than that its pretty nice

I like the new way for me to buy a mattress, no more pushing around a big heavy standard one. It was cool to see how the mattress took shape after breaking the seal. The feeling being in it is
noticeable, you are in a gel/foam mattress. For the mean time I got this under a wood box foundation, from the same place, resting on a metal rail, but when the time is right I will go back to a low profile bed frame I had before it broke, cheap type. I can't get use to the old way, the traditional way, of having to get up from bed after I experience a much easier way. The pillows that came with the mattress also from the same design, fell the same way. I can tell much easily how it takes the shape of my resting head, then to spring back to normal after a good night sleep.

Best mattress ever

The sleep that I have gotten since getting this mattress is unreal! I tend to toss and turn a lot, and my sleep is generally fairly restless; but in the month since I’ve had this mattress, I’ve slept straight through the night and often wake up much more energized than I’m used to with my old Serta. Definitely a life changer, and I even got my roommate to get a ghostbed as well! This is now a ghostbed household.
