I'm writing this to try to give someone else some confidence in a decision to buy. I reviewed perhaps all the online beds, and many in-store beds. I have chronic back issues from an old Army injury, so I needed to ensure I would benefit. Bottom line is that my back doesn't suffer in bed like it used to!!
I decided to buy Ghost after crappy customer service at another online retailer as well as the money back return policy (no risk helps).
So far the bed itself is a 5 star (standard matress not the Luxe). The adjustable base is ok (so 4 not 5 stars); assembly was rough, I had to get a flat punch and hammer to knock the pins in. The pillows are good, no complaints.

If you are considering buying a GhostBed, I don't think you can go wrong with the bed itself nor the pillows (I have the mattress protector as well, but how do you review that? LOL). I think the only choice is to get the cushier version or the version I purchased (I like mine as stated). Not sure if I'd buy the adjustable base, but it isnt bad. Customer service was great (thanks Shaq!!).

Great bed, buying process was good but they was a slight delay because of a extra credit card faid check since I shipped bed to different address.

I love this bed, and am sleeping better than I have in years - I credit the ability to elevate properly for better breathing, as well as the cool comfort of the mattress and pillow. But most importantly, I recommend this company mainly because of the prompt, professional, and appropriate response of the customer service team when I contacted them about a set up problem - these folks are truly outstanding. Thank you!

Comfortable, but small

Ghostbed is very comfortable, but the dimensions of the bed are about 4-6 inches shorter both in length and width than those listed online. If you're short/don't care about the size of your mattress I'd recommend them, otherwise avoid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleeping much, much better. The purchasing was simple, delivery was quick. Assembly of foundation very easy. The only thing that could have been better is if the mattress and foundation had arrived on the same day.

We now have 3 ghost

We now have 3 ghost beds and pillows...the mattresses are great and the ordering/shipping was simple and fast. We plan on replacing the rest of our mattresses with GhostBeds real soon. Only one problem, we now have to travel with our Ghost pillows because we are spoiled by the comfort that you can only get from a GhostBed!
