The shipping was very quick. The mattress rolled out of the box with ease. The mattress is slightly firm. The cover is very soft and comfortable. I love to lay down and relax on my ghostbed!

Back Pain No More

Used to have an super expensive mattress from those big box stores and I had backnpain all the time. Switched over to ghost bed with these awesome ghost pillows and back pain is no more. Perfect amount of bounce and plush. Awesome bed, I'd recommend to anyone who gets back pain.

Ok, I'll try to keep this concise: im a cautious shopper and am very intentional when I buy big things like beds. I took a big chance buying a bed I hadn't felt yet, so I relied mostly on the reviews. I appreciated when people shared their height and weight and how firm the bed was still. Im 5'4", 135 lbs and am very picky about firm beds. Its the first thing I test in a hotel to prepare myself if in going to sleep well or not! I got my Ghost bed and first, the box was HEAVY. In a single woman who has learned to be creative about getting things accomplished bc of my size, but I do suggest 2 people. I did not get a box spring btw..I have a platform bed. I finally dragged it to my room and while I still had my old mattress, i opened the ghosted and let it "inflate" on top of my old mattress bc it said a flat surface and I didn't know if the slats were going to be ok. I opened it in the morning and by the time I got home from work, it was all set. I was able to slide it off of my old mactress, take out the old and put the ghosted back. Mind you, the whole day I was anxious about how it would feel. I sat on it after I got it back in place and it felt a little soft. I was disappointed. I had no choice but to sleep on it and figure how to return it later. Well....i slept on it. It was perfect. I couldn't believe it and I couldn't be happier. I've had it for 2 months now and it is the perfect firmness. Doesn't get hot..that was my other hesitation of getting a foam mattress. My girlfriend liless beds that are softer and she gets really hot naturally when she sleeps, so I thought for sure she wouldn't like it...we are totally opposite when it comes to sleeping. But she thought it was very comfortable and didn't get hot. It is not soft, it is supportive. Im very glad I took the chance and hapay with my purchase.

As an X soldier I pride myself on being able to sleep anywhere, but your ghostbed has set a new standard of comfort.. Amazing!

Great product, however, nonstandard dimensions

My girlfriend and I would like to give this mattress a 5 out of 5 review, however, the mattress is smaller in the length and width than advertised. It currently is smaller by roughly 1-2 inches in both width and length and has a smaller footprint than the foundation below it. This not only looks weird but creates an odd situation where you find yourself hitting your legs against the foundation because it jukes out below the mattress.

Spoke to a customer service rep before I purchased and they made it very comfortable and easy to sleep at night with my purchase decision. Unfortunately the bed is a bit firmer than I anticipated, and although I really want to love this bed, I feel like I may need to look for a softer version.
We ordered a calking and it came in quick time. I lugged the giant roll of a bed upstairs and opened it up. Slept on it within 30 min of opening and had no issues. After I came home from work the next day it was fully opened up, and was a nice experience to have bought a vacuum sealed bed.
If you have any qualms about purchasing the bed, I would say just do it and give it a go, but buyers beware, if you're looking for plush ultra down fluff ball, this is not the direction to go, but if you like firm-med firm, this is an awesome choice.
I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt and see how the next 30 days treat me ! Thanks ghost bed team!
