Takes some getting used to

I'm mostly happy with the new mattress, but there's a few things I've discovered; the new mattress and pillows have a strong chemical odor that doesn't seem to be going away, the new foam queen is inches smaller in both length and width than my old queen mattress, side sleeping isn't as comfortable as I expected. On the positive notes, stomach and back sleeping is much more comfortable, the pillows are comfy for me, the missus thinks they are too soft.

Bed is supper comfortable. So comfortable you don't want to get out of the bed.
This mattress is DANGEROUSLY COMFORTABLE
I think I'm going to return it. You should feel energized and recharged, not lazy and not want to stay in bed...
I will try it a few more weeks.

Well we gave had it for 25 days now. It is great, but my husband and i were really expecting something a little softer. This is a very firm matress. I know the firmness varies by your weight. I am 128 lbs, and my husband is about 190. We are not in love with it yet. Im hoping to love it by the end of our 100 days. I dont want to go through hassle of returning and shopping for a new one. All the reviews saod they were immediately in love. It was not too good the first week, it starting getting a little better after that. Im not sure yet if we will keep it or not.

Customer support hiccups but so far great product

Can't comment on durability but mattress was what I expected. 6-7 on firmness, lacks edge support (as all foams do), good mobility and contour without feeling stuck. Customer support was not so great in resolving or even responding to questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Move on My Part I must Say!!

Wife was hesitant, but I explained to her that I would put our marriage on it that we will sleep better and have more fun on this mattress than any other. Now the mattress is awesome but I had to play a part here too, going my wife the most wonderful sleep she has had, a little credit to me for keeping her up a little longer and enjoying the mattress a little more. We love it and we love it, if you know wha I mean:):). Thanks Ghost!!!
