Too firm

We bought the king size mattress and at 3 weeks in the mattress is still too firm. My husband and I have been waking up with sore backs, hips and shoulders. I'm hoping that it softens up soon because if not we will have to return the mattress.

I had it for a week and it is very supporting and comfortable. It took me the first night to get use to it. After that , I have been getting a great night sleep. With my old mattress I use to get up several times at night due getting my arms numb. That is no longer an issue and I am sleeping through the night.
So far so good.

I let the bed completely form for about three days before sleeping on it. The frame had a few pieces that were slightly bent but overall fairly easy to assemble. The pillows were a big surprise. We love everything we purchased.

Horrible returning experience so far, have to sleep on it for 30 days before return. Not even sure how shipping is going to work.

I find the Ghostbed very uncomfortable. Way too firm. I wake up with a sore back every morning and toss and turn at night.

It is not the most comfortable cloud I have ever slept on, but it's not terrible either. Better than our last mattress, but not as good as the one before that. Wish it had some more soft cushion at the top, honestly. But it conforms just enough not to leave us sore by morning. Not quite what I was expecting, but I guess it will do.
