Queen size Ghost Bed

I love my new Ghost Bed. I'm a side sleeper and always had a pain in my hip. After a little over a week of sleeping on my new Ghost the pain is gone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Significant off-gassing

Bed shipped fast, and set up was very easy. Had to allow the bed 3 weeks to off-gas, however. Can't comment on comfort and support since we haven't had sufficient time to test it.

You can already tell good things about this bed if you've fallen alseep from laying on the bed for a good 20~30mins of looking at things on your phone.

The jury is still out.

The jury is still out. Turns out this was 3/4 of an inch too wide for my bed frame (disclaimer, it's an IKEA frame, so it will only be a problem if you have an ikea frame with a lip that the mattress has to fit into). I sleep great, but I do get that “stuck” feeling. I'm attributing that to the fact that it is laying weird in the frame. Once I get a foundation, I'll reevaluate!

Wife and I differ

Wife loves the mattress. Me not so much. It feels like I'm laying on the floor with a carpet. But to her it's awesome. Being she hasn't had as much back problem after getting it Ive given it 4 stars.

I decided on the GhostBed after comparing several different mattress brands and concluding that this was the best value. I'm so glad that I did! I am sleeping SO much better than I have in years, and waking up rested and pain free. Set up was very easy for both the mattress and the box spring. I'm also in love with the ghost pillow, and will probably get some more in the near future. Bottom line: this is a great mattress and a great value, don't hesitate to buy one!

Comfortable but...

We decided to go with ghost bed after reading reviews of all the different online mattress options and realistically there was not a huge difference between them. We really wanted to avoid the store experience. We were hoping the ghost bed wouldn't be as warm as some of the others and would have decent support. Unfortunately the ghost bed is very warm- I understand it's supposed to be breathable but by the middle of the night you are definitely warmer than on a traditional mattress. Also, likely because it is foam and has no side walls or piping etc, the edges of the mattress are totally useless and you will sink off the bed if you like to throw a leg out or sit on the edge to tie your shoes etc. This effectively means the useable part of the bed is smaller. The good thing is, the bed is very comfortable and supportive without feeling like you are sleeping on a hard surface. Definitely not overly soft. The pillows are terrible- small and flatten completely with any pressure, I much prefer our bamboo pillows and will continue to use them. Overall I'm not at all impressed with the mattress, but delivery was timely and it's an average bed. Disappointed that we were no more impressed by this bed than ones we've bought in the past, we hoped that by reading reviews and everything we would find something better. It was also more expensive than traditional mattresses we've bought in the past and we aren't sure how it will hold up since cleaning foam is not simple, though we did purchase the corresponding cover. Three stars for average, pros and cons like every other bed and we haven't been blown away by anything though it does have a comfortable support level.
