So far so good

I’m a heavier guy at 6’2 and 240lbs. The bed started off very stiff but broke in about 2 weeks in. So far the latex layer is comfortable and gives just enough to allow myself to reach the memory foam layer. Good support up to this point! I will update if I run into any issues a few months in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is firm enough to support me but doesn't leave any aches and pains when I wake up. Got it upstairs by myself and unpacked it. Super happy with it

Two weeks into sleeping on our bed and we love it! The frame was easy for us to put together, and watching he mattress rise and feeling it firm up was a neat process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought to replace old mattress pad which did not really protect or fit new mattress. Well made a mattress protector which matches and fits mattress perfect.

Having Some Problems

Ordering the mattress was super simple, and it came quickly. I have a problem with the mattress however. It is too soft for me and it is too hot. I specifically bought it because it is rated as being firmer than other foam mattresses. Do you have a firmer model? Please advise.

Horrible bed. It’s like sleeping on cardboard. I have been dealing with trying to return it for almost two weeks and get nothing but a runaround. They actually want me to try and find a charity for the bed to be donated to. 100% on board for it going to those in need, however, Ghostbed should pick the bed up and hang onto it until they are able to locate an organization in need. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. Worst company I have ever dealt with by a long shot.

I normally sleep quite well but I've had my bed 3 weeks and it still seems hard to me. It is a twin. I'm a side sleeper and on my side I wake in the morning with my hip joints hurting. That means to me the beds too hard. Customer service said to unzip part of the covering, heated up with an electric blanket, but after the 30 days, they would give me a foam topper. I'll give that two weeks but I think I will be returning it.
